4. Product Delivery
4.1 The online store delivers the product to the customer either by mail or through a parcel locker. The online store will notify the customer via email when the product has been dispatched or is ready for pickup and will also provide a tracking code if available.
4.2 Delivery by mail typically takes 7-9 days within European countries and up to 21 days in the rest of the world. Delivery through a parcel locker usually takes 1-3 days. If the product has not arrived within this time, please notify us at kristi@newrustic.ee. The online store is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer when placing the order.
5. Product Returns
5.1 In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia, the customer has 14 days after receiving the product to inspect it. If the customer is not satisfied with the product for any reason, they have the right to return it within 14 days by notifying the online store at kristi@newrustic.ee.
5.2 The returned product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. The customer must ensure that the returned product is unused and in the same condition as it was when received. The online store will not accept products with signs of use and will return them to the customer.
5.3 If the customer returns the product in accordance with the conditions outlined in sections 5.1 and 5.2, the online store will refund the product's price (shipping costs are borne by the customer). The product price will be refunded to the customer no later than 14 days after the customer has submitted a return request to the online store, provided that the returned product is received by the online store within this period (i.e., 14 days).
5.4 If the product is defective, the customer is required to contact the online store as soon as possible to submit a corresponding claim. The online store will replace the product, or if that is not possible, refund the product's price. If the product is defective, the online store will cover the cost of replacing the product. According to the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia, customers have the right to file a claim for defects within 2 years from the date of purchase.
5.5 The online store reserves the right to terminate the contract if the product ordered by the customer cannot be produced or if the product was ordered when a typographical error occurred in the price displayed in the online store. If the contract is terminated, the customer will be notified by email, and the money will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 30 days from the date of ordering the product.
