1. Terms of Use

1.1. The terms of use for the online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") apply to all legal relations, sales transactions, orders, and offers that occur between the user of the online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") and the owner of the online store newrustic.ee (hereinafter referred to as "the E-Store"), Ükskomakaks OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "the Online Store"), registry code: 12718793.

1.2. In addition to the Terms, the legal relations arising from the use of the online store are regulated by the applicable laws of the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. The Online Store may change the Terms at any time. The changes to the Terms will be published on the website newrustic.ee and will take effect immediately upon publication. By using the E-Store and placing an order through it, the Customer confirms that they agree to the Terms.

2. Prices

2.1. The prices in the online store are shown in euros (symbolized by "€").

2.2. The prices include shipping costs within the Republic of Estonia. For deliveries outside the Republic of Estonia, the Customer shall pay the shipping cost according to the pricing established by Omniva.

2.3. If the Customer orders a product from outside the European Union, import duties and customs fees may apply, which are payable upon the product's arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the Customer. Tax and customs policies may vary by country, so the Online Store recommends that the Customer familiarize themselves with potential additional taxes before placing an order.

2.4. The Online Store may change the prices displayed in the online store at any time. All changes will be published on the website newrustic.ee and will take effect from the moment of publication.

2.5. If the Customer's order was placed before the price change was published, the price that was in effect at the time of the purchase will apply to the Customer.

3. Placing Orders and Payment Terms

3.1. To place an order, select the appropriate product from the online store and click the "Add to Cart" button. By clicking the "Checkout" button, the Customer can view the products in the cart, change quantities, and remove items. The total purchase amount is also visible on this page.

3.2. When placing an order, the Customer is required to enter their information: name, email address, company (if the invoice is issued to a company), shipping address, and phone number. Additionally, the Customer may add notes regarding delivery preferences (e.g., preferred location for parcel locker delivery). The Customer is responsible for verifying the payment and delivery information, as the speed and smoothness of the delivery depend on the accuracy of the information provided by the Customer.

3.3. The product can be paid for using the bank links available in the online store's ordering system, with payments processed by Maksekeskus AS, by credit card, or via PayPal. The Customer must pay 100% of the purchase price when confirming the order.

3.4. The contract is considered concluded once the payment has been credited to the Online Store's bank account, or when the Customer sends a payment order confirmed by the bank or a screenshot proving the transaction to the email kristi@newrustic.ee.
